Return & Exchange Policy

Favorite Crest guarantees the customer's right to an exchange or return of purchased product(s) under the following terms and conditions:

1. The return or exchange request is submitted within 14 DAYS of delivery, in compliance with distance selling and international consumer protection standards.
2. The product is in its original, unworn condition, showing no signs of wear, damage, washing, and with all original tags attached.
3. The item received differs from the item selected at the time of purchase.
4. The product has clear manufacturing defects that compromise its use or appearance.
5. In the case of customized products, the item displays evident manufacturing defects or printing errors that deviate from the customization details originally provided.

ATTENTION! IMPORTANT NOTICE:

• WE DO NOT PROCESS exchanges or returns requested after the 14-DAY period from the delivery date, except in confirmed cases of manufacturing defects.
• WE DO NOT PROCESS exchanges or returns for products with signs of use, alterations, damages, or missing tags, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
• WE DO NOT PROCESS exchanges or returns if the item does not fit the customer's desired SIZE. To prevent any sizing issues, PLEASE CAREFULLY CHECK the Size Chart provided on each product page prior to ordering.
• WE DO NOT PROCESS exchanges or returns for customized items (such as custom names, numbers, or specific patches) due to change of mind or buyer remorse, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Return shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to a verified manufacturing issue.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to support@favoritecrest.com with the following information:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• Reason for the return/exchange (please attach clear photos or videos if reporting a defect or incorrect item)

Once received, our customer support team will review your request and provide the return instructions within 24 to 48 business hours.
